I had to pay extra for the ticket after purchasing and receiving the ticket from BusBud. I was told if I didn't pay the extra amount, the seat would be give to someone else. I appreciate that this ma ... I had to pay extra for the ticket after purchasing and receiving the ticket from BusBud. I was told if I didn't pay the extra amount, the seat would be give to someone else. I appreciate that this may have been an issue with MB and BusBud - however as the customer this should not have been my problem. I spent at least half a day trying to sort out the ticket with the CT manager (who was doing his best) because the back end systems of BusBud, Computicket and a number of other online vendors does not 'talk' to the MB system so the collation of ticket purchasers is done manually. They also couldn't find the return ticket for some time even though I had paid and had a reference number.The bus left a day late and we had no notification - it was by chance that we found out. The two day trip took four days because most of the people on the bus did not have a valid passport so the rest of the passengers had to camp out at the border for two days after the bus driver was arrested. The return trip also left on a different date to what was advertised. This is not the way to run a company and will not be using MB transport again.
