Our Trip to New York there was a water leak that leaked onto the top floor section of the bus & there was a tire that was out of balance so the bus had an ANNOYING vibration all the way to New York City & on the return home we rode on a different bus, although it didn’t leak water it haya tire/s in far worse condition than the first bus & it had a strong vibration in the back of the bus! Not sure how soon these tires will wear out & blow while on the highway! The bu drivers are WELL AWARE OF THESE ISSUES AND Lives are being PUT AT RISK!!! Please someone inspect this company & it’s FAULTY BUSES before put are injured or innocent lives are lost! We don’t plan ever using them again & warn u to beware of these safety issues!!!

I would not recommend these thieves. The coach at 6:30am from Bristol to Heathrow on 18th Dec 2022, never arrived. At 07:30, 5 of us had to take a taxi to make our flight. At 07:30, 5 of us had to take a taxi to make our flight. There was zero communication from Megabus, Twitter did not update, customer service was closed, and Live Tracker was saying it was on time. We had to find out from another coach driver of another service that our coach was waiting for an engineer to fix. Megabus does not hood reserve coaches for such instances. When I asked for a refund they said, it was late less than 2 hours so I'm not entitled for a refund. 2 hours!!!!
