i buy 350pm bus but bus come on 403pm then the driver say wait until 410 people also I don’t know how can like this very bad service if cannot come on time why sales it ? M**** f*** (edited by admin) came late and don't let me bring my food up.
I called, no pick up. Called few times, "haa cakap" is their first response with a very bad tone. Its Chinese male, I think they just hire people with no educational or communication skills as their c ... I called, no pick up. I asked in a proper way, can wait 2 to 3 minutes, their repsonse ( tak boleh, bas sampai terus gerak) BUT I SAW SOME REVIEW STATING THE BAS 40 MINUTES LATE. What a bad customer service people. Jangan naik bas ni kalau nak buat apa. Tak ada adab bercakap, whoever the boss of this company, please check your woorkers as an employee, I'll make a statemebt in social media as well.

I can’t stand the amount of air refreshner sprayed in the bus. Totally can’t breath. Whole journey was a disaster for me. I put in 2 layers of mask n it is just incredible. Bus pukul 05:25 . Pukul 6:30 belum naik lagi . Tak kan 1 jam delay . Ontime tak boleh kah??
Driver is smoking on the way to tbs and when we boarding it was really smell bad through the travel
