NEVER PLACE YOUR TICKET WITH MERIDIAN HOLIDAYS. I will write my review in short as possible. First reason, bus got delayed for 1 hour. I have tried to contact bus operator to know why it’s getting delayed. But they didn’t answer. Second reason, BUS LEFT ME IN THE TOILET BREAK. All of my personal belongings including passport, personal laptop and office laptop were left inside the bus. Usually a responsible bus driver checks whether everyone has boarded back before starting the journey again. I have tried to contact bus operator. But they didn’t answer. Then I have contacted Redbus customer service and shared my situation with them. After one hour Redbus called me back saying they also couldn’t contact neither of Bus operator or bus driver (It’s not Redbus’s fault. It’s how irresponsible and ignorance of Meridian Holidays is). Fortunately after one hour another bus operator came for a toilet break and there were some extra seats. I managed to come TBS with them. Once I reached TBS customer service office, they managed to contact the bus driver and I was able to get my goods back. Bus number was JST 9268). NEVER EVER TRAVEL WITH MERIDIAN HOLIDAYS.
