I am currently traveling from Delhi to Ahmedabad in an M R Travels bus, and the bus number is MP44ZG8241. The behavior of the bus driver is very bad, and he is also using abusive language. I will file a case against him, and M R Travels should also take action.

1. Very errogant bus attender.
2. Not stopped the bus for washroom, toilet. If told to stop the bus, they started arguments.

2. Not stopped the bus for washroom, toilet. If told to stop the bus, they started arguments.
3. Comments on particular passenger.
4. Specially not stop the bus from MT Abu till Jodhpur.
5. Kept parcels in the bus itself, not space to move inside from last 4 seats.
6. Not changed the bedsheets. Using same with oily marks on it. Pathetic cleaning.

The bus was luxurious, clean, with proper charging points, AC working perfectly, comfortable sleeper berth, and toilet attached with the bus was an added advantage. The staff behaviour was good. Their online consult Pooja was quite humble and sweet in talking. Overall, I had a nice journey, with bus reaching my drop point earlier than the scheduled time.

Bus came 2 hours and got breakdown on the way and staff was irresponsible and rude. When we asked at what time bus will reach destination they said they can't commit. Later they gave rs 200 toy brother and rudely asked to get down approx 200 kms before my destination, because of this my brother missed his scheduled meetings and missed his return bus. Request no one to opt this bus.
