NO MESSAGE AND PHONE CALL FROM THE COMPANY TO INFORM THE PASSENGER ABOUT THE DELAY ... AM I NEED TO CONTINUE WAITING OR JUST NUT ANOTHER COMPANY? IF I PURCHASE ANOTHER TRIP WILL THE MY EXPRESS COMPANY REFUND TO ME? HOPE TO GET REPLY FROM THE COMPANY ASAP!!!!!

My friend and I were travelling on the bus from Terrenganu to KL, as we are divers and couldn't take a plane. We were pleased to see the bus was relatively clean and the seats were spacious. However, the bus driver was hostile to my friend and I, it could be because we are westerners and look like tourists despite living in Malaysia. Please note that we were dressed appropriately and conservatively and that we are both young women (18 and 19). Firstly, the older bus driver (there were two) was dismissive of us from the beginning, and refused to answer our basic questions about the bus route or even acknowledge us. For context, both of our seats were located at the very back of the bus. At a stop later on, my friend was sitting upright in her seat, minding her own business alike everyone else on the bus. Yet the driver rudely approached her from the top of the bus and pushed her to adjust her armrest, despite the fact that she had not adjusted her armrest from its initial position upon arrival, and the armrest was in the same position as every other passenger. Even if the driver had an issue with the way my friend was sitting, (of which there was no clear issue) he could have communicated it in a more respectful and considerate manner. Halfway through the drive, I was sitting with my feet rested on the chair, with my flip flops on, when the man once again approached us all the way from the top of the bus (interesting as he would not have been able to see our positions from the top of the bus, so he would first approach us from the top of the bus, and then look for something to criticise), to then aggressively hit my foot with his hand, and when I had removed my foot immediately, proceeded to yank the flip flop off my foot and yell at me, causing an unnecessary scene. I understand that I shouldn't have had my flipflops on the bus seat, but it was a one off as it was the first time I had done that the entire ride. He was also driving dangerously.
