The experience was so disappointed, horrible and frustrating. My trip was scheduled at 1030hrs (Ticket No : NZE2602000711, Trip ID : NKB-16X) on 13/02/2026. I was waiting in the gate since 1000hrs as my bus trip scheduled at 1030hrs.my first approach to the 'man Incharge on the departure gate' and was told that the bus not yet arrived at the station. Yet after that around 1032 hrs when I did approach again that guy (TBS staff who responsible on departure gate 16) as I saw the naza bus left the station,sadly I was informed the bus already left the station. Omg.. No announcement, no call nothing.. I wait 30 minute earlier kot. So ridiculous, frustrating, horrible and it is unfair.. The thing when I approached the TBS staff (Khairul Fikri who Incharge in d the gate and ask for the bus, he was simply said the bus already left the station and ask me to buy new ticket.. Owh it was so simple without think any consequence I had face. The bus just left kot and he like do have any intention to help. I also believe the bus driver also got the list of passengers name who will ride the bus and also that guy Incharge on the departure gate got contact number or communication cable to communicate with the driver or bus party. I saw the bus just left when I approach him, if he got intention to help and heart to ease other people things he may ask the bus to stop a while rather than trus ask me to buy new ticket. I tak mintak bas tu patah balik pun, just need to wait sbb baru left the station, baru sgt sbb sy nampak bas gerak. And the bus driver when u notice the listed passenger still not on the ride, u supposed do announcement and call for the passenger right? Why don't you do yesterday while I was there since 10am? Then the driver just arrive the station within minute, skejap sgt and left the station. I can accept if u wait for me more than 10,15 minute in the station, do announcement and I didn't appear.. But u don't. So unfair and frustrating. Tq

Terrible; the bus was supposed to arrive at 11:30pm but arrived at 3:11am. Inform the customer as soon as you know you will be delayed so that they can plan or rebook their tickets. You are deceiving ...
Terrible; the bus was supposed to arrive at 11:30pm but arrived at 3:11am. Inform the customer as soon as you know you will be delayed so that they can plan or rebook their tickets. You are deceiving people by providing this type of service without providing adequate notice, leaving customers with no choice, which is extremely undesirable. Allah is watching. You can fool us now, but there is someone watching..

Sangat tidak berpuas hati dengan driver,,,tiada tolak ansur dan adab bercakap yg tidak sopan, tiada budi bahasa kepada penumpang yg dh berusia lebih lebih lagi kepada penumpang muda,,,membawa bas secara laju yg boleh membuatkan penumpang takut,,,harap pihak yg sepatutnya dapat menangani masalah yg telah saya nyatakan,,,apa yang paling penting adalah budi bahasa antara driver dngn penumpng,,,saya berasa teramat kecewa dgn sikap driver yg sedemikian,,,harap review ini sampai kpd pihak yg sepatutnya.
