Terrible; the bus was supposed to arrive at 11:30pm but arrived at 3:11am. Inform the customer as soon as you know you will be delayed so that they can plan or rebook their tickets. You are deceiving people by providing this type of service without providing adequate notice, leaving customers with no choice, which is extremely undesirable. Allah is watching.
