I booked a November Travels bus from Bangalore to Hyderabad. I was carrying one extra box weighing around 4 kg (a Philips Air Fryer). The driver demanded ₹600 for the extra luggage. I requested to pay ₹100 instead, but he completely refused and said the box would not be allowed, claiming it would be problematic.
In addition to this, the driver behaved very rudely and unprofessionally. This was my second bad experience with November Travels. Finally, they dropped me on the main road and left without allowing me to travel.
I then took another bus (High Liner). They simply asked me to pay ₹100 extra for the box, which I agreed to, and I completed my journey without any issues.
My first bad experience with November Travels was that my luggage bag was mistakenly given to another passenger, and I was asked to wait for one full day. This shows extreme carelessness. On top of that, they insisted that I should speak only in Hindi, which was uncomfortable and unacceptable.
Due to these repeated issues, I am very dissatisfied with the service and behavior of November Travels. I would request you to please think twice while booking this traveler.
