We left johannesburg late by 3hours & we were freezing inside Bus from johannesburg to Durban heater is not working, No toilet inside, this bus is only high risk.

I was not happy at all with the service, it winter and the open air con which doesn't make sense, we were freezing cold in that bus, even after complaining, they wouldn't change it. Worst service ever ... My son in law was traveling on your bus from Johannesburg to Durban the bus stop on its half way break how can the driver leave behind passenger with out checking if everyone was onboard and this was ... I was scammed my money I bought tickets for 7people and we later wanted to either get a refund or change dates.however, I have been promised a refund by Nozulu and JustGo cause I booked my tickets fro ... Since yesterday.. I'm still waiting for the bus. My ticket says 8:30 I was at parkstation at 8:00 but the bus wasn't there. They told me that the bus is already gone.
