It is a complete scam. I booked a ticked on 25th, 3:00 am. I have later been called by some madame, she told me that bus could be late for a little, like 30 minutes or an hour max, and she told me, th ... It is a complete scam. I booked a ticked on 25th, 3:00 am. I have later been called by some madame, she told me that bus could be late for a little, like 30 minutes or an hour max, and she told me, that she will call me an hour before the bus arrival. I never received a call. I tried to call her number, but I could not make it. Also, there is NO information about the bus whatsoever, so it was also my dumb head that I haven't checked it at once. They have ZERO support. No working hot line number to reach at 3 am, chat is not working at all, just asking to reconnect, because "their site has problems". I am pretty much sure I won't be refunded and they will just keep my money. I wasted time and money, and I hate them for this. Why take my time? Aren't you satisfied with just my money?
