All I wanted to do was receive a credit for my booking that needed changing.
Firstly, there's no option to select a credit when canceling. So naturally I select refund.

All I wanted to do was receive a credit for my booking that needed changing.
Firstly, there's no option to select a credit when canceling. So naturally I select refund.
Secondly: your support service sucks. You add AI to your chat services but once can't connect with a human. Two separate occasions of trying to get in contact with a human, I waited over 30mins on both occasions.
You have a contact number, but I'm based in Africa, I can't call a European contact centre, it costs too much.
You need to do better to be able offer support to paying customers.

The driver smoked cigarettes while driving. He dropped me on the side of the road and almost pushed me out yelling at me while putting my shoes back on on the steps. No clear direction or contact about where to find the bus. I was there an hour before departure time and no one can help. The bus was in the carpark a few hundred metres from where passengers wait for departure time.

I was missold tickets. Clearly, the site encouraged customers to reserve seats and make selections on the type of seat and where they were located [I sent screenshots as evidence ]The site confirmed reserved seats in 1st Class. But no number of seats. Agents were arrogant and accused me of lying by saying I could not reserve seats. As I have been missold I asked for my money back and was arrogantly told I would have to pay 10 euros! My reviews reflect my experience.
