Very disappointing as not further accommodations were made except a discount on a further ride. They provided me with the following e-mail message: "Dear Passenger, We regret to inform you that your trip on 06/11/2022 has been canceled due to operational issues. We have processed the refund back into your original payment source and should reflect in the next 3-5 business days. We have also sent you a coupon worth $10 as a small token of apology. We greatly appreciate your understanding in this regard. We regret any inconvenience this might have caused. Regards, Team Rally-OurBus"
