I just came back in Philippines and got scammed by the conductor 1701 solid north bus July 8,2026 around 9 pm we came in Baguio and drop off in urdaneta bus stop and wait dagupan bus we are all so tir ... I just came back in Philippines and got scammed by the conductor 1701 solid north bus July 8,2026 around 9 pm we came in Baguio and drop off in urdaneta bus stop and wait dagupan bus we are all so tired on the trip. I just change my Hkd in money changer so the money inside of my sling is the money that I change into php in money changer. I’m about to pay our fare in the bus conductor and gave 500 I fold the 500 php. I will pay our fare in the bus conductor because he will go on me but he go infront near on the bus driver and came back to me. I gave 500 php to him and he ask if I have 8 php so he can give me 100 for my change in 500 php. I opened my bag and have difficulties getting coins in my bag since I didn’t used wallet I only put it in the pocket of my sling bag so I took out all my paper money so I can get the coins inside of my bag and give it to him and then he said the 500 because you didn’t pay yet. I said to him I already paid to him. He said I didn’t pay yet because my 500 and hundred in my sling bag that I took out. But I saw him put in his pocket and keep insisting that I didn’t pay yet because the first 500 php that I gave to him my sister money and the 2nd 500 I gave to him is my money because he keep on insisting I didn’t have it yet so I gave my 500 php but I go to the dispatcher solid north bus terminal in dagupan to request the cctv footage and said two days before I can get the cctv footage.That’s why I requested the CCTV footage that night but until now I already came back here in abroad there’s no update yet about the cctv footage. I don’t care about the money I can earn it here in abroad but the honesty and the bus company reputation and image can reflects on your passengers or customers. I don’t care about the money I care about the truth to show who’s wrong here. I already requested the cctv footage but until now there’s no update yet to be clear. The bus services is good but got disappointed and trust issues in bus conductor so next time I

We caught the 6am departure bus from PITX in Manila to Baguio. The footrest of our seat 21 was broken and the bus had no WiFi despite this being advertised on the company’s website as on of the featur ... We caught the 6am departure bus from PITX in Manila to Baguio. The footrest of our seat 21 was broken and the bus had no WiFi despite this being advertised on the company’s website as on of the features of their luxury service. After notifying the onboard staff all we received was a smile and apology. Basically you’re paying for a big seat on their claimed luxury service. On our return journey we will book with their competitor.

The conductor is ill-tempered. He is NOT friendly at all. And the change he gave is also not enough. (Mag dala na lang kayo ng calculator kung di nyo alam magsukli)

My baggage was exchange in another person and all my clothes and money and personal documents are there . And supposed to be I'm going home at Ilocos later in the afternoon. It's my first to commute w ... My baggage was exchange in another person and all my clothes and money and personal documents are there . And supposed to be I'm going home at Ilocos later in the afternoon. It's my first to commute with solid north and this was happened . So very poor service
