My experienced in this bus company was horrible, I booked a ride on Oct 28, 2025 at 8:30 pm. Me and my daughter arrived in their Calamba Terminal at 7pm. I received a message from them at 7:38 pm sayi ...
My experienced in this bus company was horrible, I booked a ride on Oct 28, 2025 at 8:30 pm. Me and my daughter arrived in their Calamba Terminal at 7pm. I received a message from them at 7:38 pm saying that the bus will arrived at 2AM!!! Why the noticed was so late??? I have a 10 yearl od child with me!!!
I tried to reach their hotline but no one answers my calls! The lady at the booking counter also gave us false hope, at 10:30 pm she said the bus is on its way to Turbina and will arrived at 12 midnight! At 12:30 no bus has arrived, I asked again the lady where is the bus located at the moment?! She said, the bus just left PITX! WTF! Fooling your customer is not a good practice!

ang tagal. a typical 12 hour trip from legazpi to manila became a 17 hour trip when in peñafrancia.
dumating kami ng pamilya ko sa terminal 30 mins before departure, pero umalis yung bus 30 mins late ...

dumating kami ng pamilya ko sa terminal 30 mins before departure, pero umalis yung bus 30 mins later than the departure time... tapos ang tagal din sa isang stopover sa naga... safe naman yung byahe, pero ang bagal ng bus. di ko alam kung ibang route yung kinuha ng driver pero di po efficient.
i do not recommend peñafrancia kung gusto nyo makarating ng maaga sa manila.

Yearly during after Christmas vacation I had a bad experience with this transport service company. Booked 1 month ahead, due to surge of passenger. Trip schedule was 8:00am, bus arrived around 12NN. ...
Yearly during after Christmas vacation I had a bad experience with this transport service company. Booked 1 month ahead, due to surge of passenger. Trip schedule was 8:00am, bus arrived around 12NN. What a horrible experience everytime we travel back to manila right after Holidays. I dont recommend this transport when going back and forth going to Manila.
