It was 1 hour late. I couldn't charge my phone. There was no wi-fi.

I traveled twice from the Czech Republic to Germany with this company. To keep it short, here is a list of the main issues I experienced. During the first trip, the bus was delayed by around an hour ... I traveled twice from the Czech Republic to Germany with this company. To keep it short, here is a list of the main issues I experienced. During the first trip, the bus was delayed by around an hour and a half, and no one informed me about it in advance. Despite the delay being known from the start, the only email I received was a notification telling me to arrive at the station 30 minutes earlier. During the second trip, the bus was almost full. At some point, one passenger did not have a seat at all and was literally sleeping on the floor of the bus. At the same time, the back two rows were reserved for the drivers. While it is understandable that the drivers need rest and used the last row for sleeping, the second-to-last row was empty. When I asked the second driver if someone could sit there, he responded rudely by shushing me and holding his hand up like a stop sign. Additionally, several minor inconveniences made the trip even more unpleasant. These included the rude behavior of the drivers, the TV showing the same movie for the entire 12-hour journey, and the toilet being locked with a key because the bus stops at gas stations every 2–3 hours. However, these issues would have been more tolerable if the company’s notification system had worked properly and if the drivers had not taken more passengers than the bus could legally accommodate.

Bus was late for 40 minutes and driver don’t answer to call. It’s terrible. Personal doesn’t speak English. I don’t recommend this bus. Because if you have plans - all can cancel. Because if you have plans - all can cancel. At railway station information stall - say for me: this bus all time problems and have late for 1-2 hours, sometimes delay.
