में आज लखनऊ से गुना सफर कर रहा था बस आपरेटर द्वारा बस ड्राइवर का मोबाइल नंबर भी मैसेज नहीं किया गया था और पिकअप पॉइंट है उससे काफी दूर है जिससे आज लखनऊ में बारिश बहुत तेज थी पिक अप पॉइंट पहुंचने में ब ... में आज लखनऊ से गुना सफर कर रहा था बस आपरेटर द्वारा बस ड्राइवर का मोबाइल नंबर भी मैसेज नहीं किया गया था और पिकअप पॉइंट है उससे काफी दूर है जिससे आज लखनऊ में बारिश बहुत तेज थी पिक अप पॉइंट पहुंचने में बहुत असुविधा हुई कृपया बस ऑपरेटर महोदय को यह सोचना चाहिए कि लखनऊ शहर अदरु से व्यक्ति आसानी से बस तक पहुंच पाए। बस की क्वालिटी भी बहुत खराब है चार्जिंग पॉइंट नहीं है पानी की बोतल नहीं दी गई कृपया इसमें सुधार किया जाए

Forced to buy 2 more seats in same running bus. Very very poor experience

We have group booking for 12 person. Since 4 days before travel we tried to cancel 1 ticket out of 12 but no one responded positive, after reach indor main office request to main desk the same but sta ... We have group booking for 12 person. Since 4 days before travel we tried to cancel 1 ticket out of 12 but no one responded positive, after reach indor main office request to main desk the same but staff was behaviour very roudly. The same another passenger lady also requesting to cancel her ticket but staff behaviour very badly she was crying but none staff was attended her. I never travel which such company. The bus was clean but once you pay for ticket just forgot to getting any help regarding ticket.

The worst service that Ivermectin ever experienced. The bus driver and conductor were very very rude. They stopped the bus for dinner at a place where there were no washrooms, no food, no online servi ... The worst service that Ivermectin ever experienced. The bus driver and conductor were very very rude. They stopped the bus for dinner at a place where there were no washrooms, no food, no online services. Moreover, the bus driver & conductor smoked pot there before starting the bus again which was very very dangerous for everyone. The driver drove the bus after smoking pot. And when complained about the same to him he was arguing and was very rude and did not consider anything we said. And when said that please stop at a place where we can use the loo atleast but the conductor rudely denied and said “just go anywhere and pee openly we don’t care. This is UP, things work like this here we cannot do anything to help you” Even he said just pee in the bus if needed so much.!!! This is literally the worst service. And I personally as a girl felt so unsafe!!!! This was indeed the worst, dangerous & unsafe trip!!!!!!!!!!

Raj Ratan is not trustworthy at all they highlighted on red bus that the bus I was traveling in was a Bharat Benz but when I went into the bus the condition was pathetic I was traveling from Mumbai to ... Raj Ratan is not trustworthy at all they highlighted on red bus that the bus I was traveling in was a Bharat Benz but when I went into the bus the condition was pathetic I was traveling from Mumbai to Indore , apart from this the bus got delayed by few hours (that’s ok no one has control over traffic), our drop off location was Radisson hotel but the driver dropped us way before the square and my parents who are aged had to walk all the way around 500m when my dad said to drop in front of Radisson hotel driver started misbehaving, I was so disappointed that I would never ever travel with Raj ratan again they are cheats and they are doing that openly

The service was very good......very neat and clean bus.....ac is controlled and blankets and pillows provided were very clean. There were 3-4 stops in between so the entire journey was comfortable.
