I had a very disappointing experience with Raj Ratan Tours and Travels. Despite paying full fare for the Mumbai to Indore journey, the bus was over two hours late. Even worse, I was dropped outside In ... I had a very disappointing experience with Raj Ratan Tours and Travels. Despite paying full fare for the Mumbai to Indore journey, the bus was over two hours late. Even worse, I was dropped outside Indore, not at the planned location, causing me to miss my train. The company showed no concern, offered no refunds or compensation. I will never use their service again and strongly advise others to avoid them.

में आज लखनऊ से गुना सफर कर रहा था बस आपरेटर द्वारा बस ड्राइवर का मोबाइल नंबर भी मैसेज नहीं किया गया था और पिकअप पॉइंट है उससे काफी दूर है जिससे आज लखनऊ में बारिश बहुत तेज थी पिक अप पॉइंट पहुंचने में ब ... में आज लखनऊ से गुना सफर कर रहा था बस आपरेटर द्वारा बस ड्राइवर का मोबाइल नंबर भी मैसेज नहीं किया गया था और पिकअप पॉइंट है उससे काफी दूर है जिससे आज लखनऊ में बारिश बहुत तेज थी पिक अप पॉइंट पहुंचने में बहुत असुविधा हुई कृपया बस ऑपरेटर महोदय को यह सोचना चाहिए कि लखनऊ शहर अदरु से व्यक्ति आसानी से बस तक पहुंच पाए। बस की क्वालिटी भी बहुत खराब है चार्जिंग पॉइंट नहीं है पानी की बोतल नहीं दी गई कृपया इसमें सुधार किया जाए

Forced to buy 2 more seats in same running bus. Very very poor experience
