I travelled from Moodbidri to Mumbai on 29th April. First of all, the bus was scheduled to arrive at 2:30 PM, but it reached Moodbidri only at 4:00 PM. There was a huge delay, and no proper information was provided to passengers.
Secondly, the conductor’s behaviour was very rude and unprofessional. Whenever passengers asked anything, he responded rudely by saying things like “sit calmly.” It felt like we were travelling for free, not as paying customers. This is not the right way to treat passengers.
I had a flight to catch from Mumbai, so I politely asked the conductor what time we would reach Andheri. He casually replied that it would take another 2 hours, whereas my map was showing only around 30 minutes remaining. Instead of helping or giving proper information, he was dismissive and disrespectful.
I am very disappointed with the service and staff behaviour. Kindly take this complaint seriously and improve professionalism and customer service.
