Worst experience of my life. After being told to check in at 05:00 , your bus departed at 17:00, I was soaked in the rain queuing for the tickets to be checked, why not let people in the bus then chec ... Worst experience of my life. After being told to check in at 05:00 , your bus departed at 17:00, I was soaked in the rain queuing for the tickets to be checked, why not let people in the bus then check tickets one by one when everyone is seated. After all this you then take the longest route, after taking the longest route you make us sit in the bus for 5 hours after everything has been done at the border, you are not even apologizing to the passengers or letting them know what is going on . We slept at the border now it's past midday we haven't ate anything there are no shops here, your workers are relaxed they're not in a hurry. They don't care, and they are liars.
