I'm cutting straight to the chase. The helper was obnoxiously drunk and was incapable of providing any help. I requested the driver to pause for a minute when the next petrol pump comes for I needed to urinate. After past crossing through bunch of petrol pumps which we didn't pause and the cause is unknown to me, the bus paused in the middle of the road and that was my que to urinate. Now since I was already suppressing, I could not urinate at that point. I'm suffering though the agonising pain right now while I'm writing this mail. The driver took his moment to humiliate me also for not being able to urinate.
Few points to be noted:
1. The helper was drunk during his service hours, hence not able to help.
2. The driver is forcing passenger to commit illegal action.
3. The driver is humiliating passenger.
4. Your operation stuffs are deliberately causing physical harm to passenger
These 4 are pretty solid grounds to lodge a case against you guys.
Btw I'm not expecting to hear anything from this guys, for their customer support number is also not functioning rn...

These are very old busses that can break down anytime especially on these roads with full of path holes. My bus broke down for almost 6 to 7 hours. Bus will jump a lot on These roads. Horrible experie ...
