bas bertolak lebih awal dari masa sepatutnya pukul 10 pagi, i sampai agak lewat dalam 9:50 pagi and tgk kat station bas masih belum ada and lega tak terlepas bas, lama i tunggu sampai 10:40 belum ada ... bas bertolak lebih awal dari masa sepatutnya pukul 10 pagi, i sampai agak lewat dalam 9:50 pagi and tgk kat station bas masih belum ada and lega tak terlepas bas, lama i tunggu sampai 10:40 belum ada nampak bas sp bumi ni then i call contact number yang diberi. rupanya bas sepaptunya i naik pukul 10 ni dh bertolak pukul 945 disebabkan bas tu dh sampai awal kat station pukul 930. i macam what the heck bertolak dari masa yang sepatutnya i malas nak serabut otak i beli je ticket lain bas yang jauh lagi okay dari sp bumi ni, so guys kalau ada pilihan lain jgn la naik sp bumi ni sangat teruk ye sistem dia

Dahlah lambat. Pukul 11.30 malam baru bertolak. Pastu tukar bas ke bas lain. Bas pulak jenis suke berhenti berhenti. Pastu kite ni duk kejar masa alih2 dia sebok suruh penumpang turun makan. Wey, sett ... Dahlah lambat. Pukul 11.30 malam baru bertolak. Pastu tukar bas ke bas lain. Bas pulak jenis suke berhenti berhenti. Pastu kite ni duk kejar masa alih2 dia sebok suruh penumpang turun makan. Wey, settle kerja dulu ley baru melantak. Serabuk. Tak sukee gilerr service SP BUMI BUAT KERJA. SLOW

Very bad , bas berhenti banyak kali. Berhenti kat kedai makan saja 2 kali. Sekali kali berhenti 1 jam. Tak termasuk lagi berhenti tepi tepi jalan. Seelok ya boleh sampai awal, jadi sampai lambat. Lep ... Very bad , bas berhenti banyak kali. Berhenti kat kedai makan saja 2 kali. Sekali kali berhenti 1 jam. Tak termasuk lagi berhenti tepi tepi jalan. Seelok ya boleh sampai awal, jadi sampai lambat. Lepas tu peghadang tangan patah. And then driver suka jerit2 cakap kuat bila orang tanya. Sangat teruk. Please jangan naik. Saya naik bas ni malam ni tapi sangat mengecewakan. Pemandu bas merokok dalam bas 2 kali... Tolonglah yang pertama pukul 9.56 malam dalam 56 minit lepas berlepas dari Terengganu, dan yang kedua pukul ... Saya naik bas ni malam ni tapi sangat mengecewakan. Pemandu bas merokok dalam bas 2 kali... Tolonglah yang pertama pukul 9.56 malam dalam 56 minit lepas berlepas dari Terengganu, dan yang kedua pukul 5.34 pagi sebelum sampai ke batu pahat... Memang trend ke pemandu hisap rokok dalam bas tempat awam... Syarikat sila ambil tindakan... Saya kisah sebab dalam bas ni tadi ada budak bawah umur naik.. Diorang kecil lagi dan ada banyak peluang untuk sihat.

The service, the condition of the bus is very very poor. I took bus sp bumi W1289A from Terengganu to lumut. I asked the driver multiple times whether the bus will drop me at manjung bus station. He s ... The service, the condition of the bus is very very poor. I took bus sp bumi W1289A from Terengganu to lumut. I asked the driver multiple times whether the bus will drop me at manjung bus station. He said he will drop me at manjung. But surprisingly it didn’t happen, he instead drop me at lumut with a reason that the bus is not in a good condition. I asked him why he didn’t tell me but he said that he already told the other 2 passengers who were sitting behind the driver’s seat. The condition of the bus is horrible, my seat cannot be incline, the arm rest between 2 seat is broken down (no arm rest at all), the driver stopped by multiple times. He and the bus is really annoyed me.

Worst driver with worst attitude. Stops for so many times just for cigarettes breaks! Please check other companies and do not purchase this ticket.

The bus driver was simply crazy! He didn't stop at red traffic lights and was running so fast it was difficult to remain seated! Worst night bus ever! Felt unsafe all the time.
