The bus was not punctual. I took this bus twice already. The first service was the same, bad environment, poor service and rude driver. At first i thought maybe it’s just that one time experience but ... The bus was not punctual. I took this bus twice already. The first service was the same, bad environment, poor service and rude driver. At first i thought maybe it’s just that one time experience but for the second time it’s also the same even though with different driver. The environment doesn’t suits people who have vehicles sickness because both of the bus i took smell unpleasant making my sickness worse. Furthermore, poor service, to be specific the timing is terrible. I would said kalahkan org Malay solat Friday la, the buses are so late. Last but not least, your driver, risky way of driving and unhygienic (literally poke their noses while checking the ticket. Oh my God you nak sakit sakit sendirila dey. I repeat bad environment, poor service and bad driver. Please consider doing something about this, base the price these are not the kind of treatment passengers should be getting.

Stupid bus arriving 1hr 30 minutes late then some more picking and dropping people at bus stops something like Town bus and making even more late and worst I definitely don’t recommend this bus for tr ... Bad services and everything is bad, bus driver smoking and playing phone while driving, besides have many alcohol bottles.

This bus driver is so rude and speak bad word to me this bus have no USB port for charging my phone and than the bus roof top some water liking and the bus seat is so dirty and the bus driver take so ...
