Honestly didn't want to write this but, me and my family came to ride the boat and booked the tourist room because we have a pet, we even got a ticket for the pet, we payed 500 for the pet, and it's not like our cat is dangerous or has rabies or even loud, it's an emotional support pet, she is selectively mute and slept the whole time when I brought her inside, but then the workers started walking around, there was many of them, when they found us, they told us that the cat has to sit outside. Outside? In the blazing heat? This 20k Persian cat had to sit outside. This cat that was afraid of the sound of a hairdryer, had to sit outside with the heat and loud boat. We did ofcourse because we don't want to cause anymore trouble, but honestly I couldn't relax inside without my cat, when I went to check, this cat was trembling, hyperventilating and sweating bullets, she was overheating, so I had to keep coming back to check on her because I was scared she would die, this was her first boat ride and she isn't used to travelling, she was shedding like crazy, and not to mention the terrible service. We rented a blanket and they didn't have change, okay I can wait, I waited 30 minutes or more, still no change, and we literally bought 300's worth of food before or more, couldn't you have just gone to the canteen to get change? But no 10 employees sitting and chatting at the front desk were too busy to do that.
Honestly, hostile environment and terrible service.

Not recommended. Charging station is useless, I charge my phone then comeback for an 1hour and it didnt charge. Plus the staff dont have any considerartion. The staff who works at the bar is really useless and unapproachable. To busy using hes phone. Management need to fix this or else no one would love to use this ferry.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They sell tickets without giving any correct information. They told me departure is 6pm I arrived at 5pm to find out the ferry was gone already 2 hours before. When asked for explanations they told me I should have gone to terminal but nobody told me that earlier. Terrible costumer service. Avoid it

Seats intended for passengers are not well organized. Seat numbers that appears in the tickets are ignored and the ship's personnel just advice the passengers to occupy any vacant seats.

Everything was fine until it was time to disembark during our trip from Romblon to Batangas last night (12-16-23). We waited almost 2 hours queueing to the stairs before we were finally allowed to alight from the boat. It seems there was a problem in the docking that they have to unload the cars first before the passengers apparently so that we can pass through. What I cant understand was why they won’t let us use the ramps on the side of the ship to disembark at the same time that they are unloading the cars. Passengers’ convenience should come first. Worst, no one informed us what was going on or what was being done during those two hours. We would have appreciated any apology and feedbacks/information re steps the crew is doing to facilitate our disembarkation. Very poor service. Hope this can be improved.

Good day plss check po sana yung surigao to cebu nyo na barko, Date: August 8, 2023 Time:8:10 . Mura lang naman po yung kinuha namin economy lang naman po ,sana po mabigyan pansin po kaya nga hindi kami sumakay ng COKALIONG kasi ito yung recommend ng kilala namin tpos ganito po madatnan namin madumi po yung higahan wala po bang nag check . Marami na nagreklamo dito pero no choice kami yung nag linis sana mapansin ito at maagapan agad kunting problema lang naman pero malaki apikto pag tumagal ito at kung ganito palagi salamat godbless.
