Worst service ever. Got extra money for luggage bus number-BQE 5541 . Was abusing by words shouting and behaving so bad the driver was the worst and one other man of the bus service

My sister book the ticket of 4 adult at the cost of $120.00online on monday 20/05/24 time 7.30. We waited till 8.30 am but no sign of the and cannot be contacted. Worst worst worst service. Worst worst worst service. In the end we board another bus frm different company at boon lay. No courtesy to call her and we cant contact them either and yet no regundable frm te company. Bad experience we still need to purchase another $$$ for 4 pax frm different operator. We give 0000 rating. Poor service not recomended. [edited by admin]

Bad service.. late for about 1 and half hour...supposedly the trip move on 10pm..11.30pm still bus not at the station..I' m terribly dissatisfied
