The service was horrible. We were to board the bus at 6:00PM only to board the bus 4 hours later. What was disgusting most is the rude responses from the office when we questioned what was happening. The bus was also old and very dirty. Seats zilikuwa na kunguni. Please avoid Tahmeed at all cost.

**Terrible Experience with Tahmeed Express – False Advertising!**
I booked a ticket with Tahmeed Express for 2,500 KES, expecting the advertised comfort, legroom, WiFi, and air conditioning. What I got instead was the exact opposite. The bus was old, dirty, and cramped with no legroom at all. There was no air conditioning, making the journey unbearably hot and stuffy, and the advertised WiFi was non-existent.
Frankly, the conditions were no better than a matatu, which costs five times less. This is blatant false advertising, and it feels like a scam. If you can’t deliver on your promises, don’t charge such outrageous prices! I will never travel with Tahmeed Express again, and I strongly advise others to avoid it as well.

SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY!!! My husband was travelling from Nairobi to Mtwapa on the 9:15pm bus. He paid the fare and boarded the bus with his bag as normal. He was then left stranded at the rest stop in Mtito at 2am with his bag still onboard the bus. So clearly, there was no call to re-board the bus, and no head-count to ensure all passengers were accounted for. He then had to pay fare AGAIN to get on another bus with the same company to make it the rest of the way to his destination. He called the company about locating his bag and was given nothing but excuses. He's been to several of there offices around the Mtwapa and Mombasa area trying to locate his bag, with zero help or information from this company. It's been well over 24 hours at this point and still nothing. I've been trying to call the Customer Care team about 20 times and nobody has picked my calls. Why even have a Customer Care call centre if nobody is answering the phones??? WE JUST WANT OUR BELONGINGS BACK!!!

This has been my worst experience on a bus ever. Post breakdown,explain why we are still here 3 hours plus???? Horrible disaster management! And to make it worse there is hardly any communication from the driver, leaving us to worry and wonder what our fate might be. Tahmeed team, this was disastrous service and I would never ever recommend anyone to travel via this bus. It is 3 am and we are in the middle of nowhere. Do better! Shame on you!

Worst customer care service ever. I used to refer my friends to Tahmeed but we are all out. You have lost like 10 customers because of your worst customer service ever.

This was the worst and i mean the worst bus ride i have ever had going from nairobi to dar es salaam first of all let me make this clear the bus was supposed to arrive at 4:30 in the morning but instead arrived at 6:00. Everyone was waiting for breakfast stop but we didnt have one we reached Arusha and we only had one stop which was to drop parcels the employees didnt stop for us to get food and when we went down to get some they would scream at us.the two conductors later brought heaps of food for themselves but wouldn’t let us get food.they screamed and laughed early in the morning not letting anyone sleep and the driver keeps road raging at people.there was so much more that happend and most people stayed hungry
