The worst customer experience, worn out buses. Do better tuhmeed or kindly benchmark with easycoach please, I don’t mind paying extra for good customer experience.

Everything that could go wrong did. The bus was filthy and looked like it'd been in an accident before. I had booked a luxury coach for a group of 15 family members. We got a death trap whose driver was rude, chewing khat, and had music blasting all night from a cheap boom box. We had several near misses with oncoming traffic and anyone else on the road throughout the journey. The bus broke down in Voi for almost 5 hours and a few lucky passengers were picked up by later buses. Once the 'coach' was underway it literally became a matatu, picking up passengers all the way to Nairobi! Lesson learnt, never again Tahmeed.

The bus was dirty people sleeping on the floor of the bus, dirty boxes, mattresses and cartons stuck on the luggage space and bedbugs please be warned! Then they left with my luggage, had to go after it costing me time and money. They were rude blaming me for their incompetence. Only board if it's your only option but DONT.

The bus was super late ,It had bedbugs and kept on standing after every hour.It broke down finally at 1am just past Mariakani .Easily one of the worst travelling experiences

The service was horrible. We were to board the bus at 6:00PM only to board the bus 4 hours later. What was disgusting most is the rude responses from the office when we questioned what was happening. The bus was also old and very dirty. Seats zilikuwa na kunguni. Please avoid Tahmeed at all cost.

**Terrible Experience with Tahmeed Express – False Advertising!**
I booked a ticket with Tahmeed Express for 2,500 KES, expecting the advertised comfort, legroom, WiFi, and air conditioning. What I got instead was the exact opposite. The bus was old, dirty, and cramped with no legroom at all. There was no air conditioning, making the journey unbearably hot and stuffy, and the advertised WiFi was non-existent.
Frankly, the conditions were no better than a matatu, which costs five times less. This is blatant false advertising, and it feels like a scam. If you can’t deliver on your promises, don’t charge such outrageous prices! I will never travel with Tahmeed Express again, and I strongly advise others to avoid it as well.

SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY!!! My husband was travelling from Nairobi to Mtwapa on the 9:15pm bus. He paid the fare and boarded the bus with his bag as normal. He was then left stranded at the rest stop in Mtito at 2am with his bag still onboard the bus. So clearly, there was no call to re-board the bus, and no head-count to ensure all passengers were accounted for. He then had to pay fare AGAIN to get on another bus with the same company to make it the rest of the way to his destination. He called the company about locating his bag and was given nothing but excuses. He's been to several of there offices around the Mtwapa and Mombasa area trying to locate his bag, with zero help or information from this company. It's been well over 24 hours at this point and still nothing. I've been trying to call the Customer Care team about 20 times and nobody has picked my calls. Why even have a Customer Care call centre if nobody is answering the phones??? WE JUST WANT OUR BELONGINGS BACK!!!

This has been my worst experience on a bus ever. Post breakdown,explain why we are still here 3 hours plus???? Horrible disaster management! And to make it worse there is hardly any communication from the driver, leaving us to worry and wonder what our fate might be. Tahmeed team, this was disastrous service and I would never ever recommend anyone to travel via this bus. It is 3 am and we are in the middle of nowhere. Do better! Shame on you!
