If you search for it in map you'll find it in Nairobi still made it late they were giving me uncessary options which cost me a lot in the fare. Whole fucking this was a mess. They were so rude to me.I HIGHLY DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

The customer service claims that I boarded the bus yet they clearly rescheduled the dates on their system. Up to now no REFUND has been issued on their end and clearly I didn't board the bus. REFUND CUSTOMERS IF IT YOUR FAULT TAHMEED!! Totally wouldn't recommend their services 👎🏽

Everything that could go wrong did. The bus was filthy and looked like it'd been in an accident before. I had booked a luxury coach for a group of 15 family members. We got a death trap whose driver was rude, chewing khat, and had music blasting all night from a cheap boom box. We had several near misses with oncoming traffic and anyone else on the road throughout the journey. The bus broke down in Voi for almost 5 hours and a few lucky passengers were picked up by later buses. Once the 'coach' was underway it literally became a matatu, picking up passengers all the way to Nairobi! Lesson learnt, never again Tahmeed.

The bus was dirty people sleeping on the floor of the bus, dirty boxes, mattresses and cartons stuck on the luggage space and bedbugs please be warned! Then they left with my luggage, had to go after it costing me time and money. They were rude blaming me for their incompetence. Only board if it's your only option but DONT.

The bus was super late ,It had bedbugs and kept on standing after every hour.It broke down finally at 1am just past Mariakani .Easily one of the worst travelling experiences

The service was horrible. We were to board the bus at 6:00PM only to board the bus 4 hours later. What was disgusting most is the rude responses from the office when we questioned what was happening. The bus was also old and very dirty. Seats zilikuwa na kunguni. Please avoid Tahmeed at all cost.

**Terrible Experience with Tahmeed Express – False Advertising!**
I booked a ticket with Tahmeed Express for 2,500 KES, expecting the advertised comfort, legroom, WiFi, and air conditioning. What I got instead was the exact opposite. The bus was old, dirty, and cramped with no legroom at all. There was no air conditioning, making the journey unbearably hot and stuffy, and the advertised WiFi was non-existent.
Frankly, the conditions were no better than a matatu, which costs five times less. This is blatant false advertising, and it feels like a scam. If you can’t deliver on your promises, don’t charge such outrageous prices! I will never travel with Tahmeed Express again, and I strongly advise others to avoid it as well.
