I'm in a bus T09 .The drivers left us at the boarder Zim side while stamping our passport.14/03/2024 there was only one immigration officer stamping.The same bus is leaking it was raining in Masvingo. ... I travelled to and from Zimbabwe with tamuka bus. I highly recommend it well organised and time keeping. Mr muza and the rest of the drivers were very friendly we spent the whole trip worshipping with our drivers... Excellent service there 10/10

Traveled to and from with the bus ,the team consisted of uncle tekki, cleopas,tinashe and Moses brilliant team very professional though on both occasions the bus didn't arrive on the time given

The capetown service is the worst. They don't care about customers. My brother's car broke down 200m away from the bus while taking my dad. He called them letting them know he is rushing with the bags ... The capetown service is the worst. They don't care about customers. He took an uber then whilst calling them they said they are not stopping because they don't have a client boarding at that station. They said meet us at the toll gate after which they refused to stop again and told him to communicate with the office. The person at the office responded saying "your audio is too long i don't have time to listen to it make it shotter".We know you are running a business but is that how you treat your customers.

I don't recommend this bus supposed to leave Johannesburg at 10am now its 3pm still in Pretoria don't use this bus l repeat Don't use this bus

Poor service, management and staff do not communicate with clients if there are any delays. When asked they are rude. Kushaya hedu choice, but uuummm 🤔 poor time management.

Ireally love Tamuka COACHES. I had the best time in the bus. They took care of me when I was traveling with my little sister. They asked if I still had money to buy food. They took good care of me.
