Wow! Very rude bus driver. Ignored you when you ask him questions. What kind of people are they hiring? No wonder the buses are always empty. Beli tiket tapi tak naik pun. Sebab bas tak sampai. Dah tunggu satu jam baru bagitau bas kena batal. Refund pun apa guna. Siapa nak bagi balik satu jam menunggu? Never again. Not top liner. Bus scheduled at 7;45 am but at 8:30 am, still no sight of bus is seen at the station. I had to call the Topliner Express customer service and only to find out that I am changed to 9:30 bus. I had to call the Topliner Express customer service and only to find out that I am changed to 9:30 bus. Why do we customer only found out about it 1 hour later, and it only because i called them, if I didnt call them, then am i suppose to wait there until 9:30pm? and be in the dark with my bus status? I am so dissappointed as I have other commitment that requires me to be there early as per time scheduled of the bus to arrive in jb. So utterly disappointed and never gonna repeat again.

Paling teruk punye bus service, beli ticket dr Pasir gudang jam 1.45 ptg...bus Sampai terminal jam 2 ptg...gerak ke Larkin, Sampai Larkin driver tidur 2 jam..jam 5.30 ptg br gerak...now dah jam 10.30m ... Dah 2 kali jadi mcm ni ,beli ticket dari batu pahat ke putrajaya sentral ,amik bas pkul 2 tapi call balik suka2 nk tukar waktu kita ni ,sbgai alasan orang naik tak ramai,jangan mcm tu jangan susah kan ... Dah 2 kali jadi mcm ni ,beli ticket dari batu pahat ke putrajaya sentral ,amik bas pkul 2 tapi call balik suka2 nk tukar waktu kita ni ,sbgai alasan orang naik tak ramai,jangan mcm tu jangan susah kan orang dengan masalah korang niii,tolong perbaiki lah ,bila refund bukan main lmbat lagi ,memang teruk lah serviss nii

The bus arrived 2.5 hours late without notifying, until we called the customer service which was hard to get ahold of. We asked for a partial refund/ compensation to which we were told that nothing of ... We asked for a partial refund/ compensation to which we were told that nothing of such would be given even though they were late for such a long period. The bus driver was also rude when he finally arrived after the 2.5 hours, so it was a really unpleasant trip. That was the return trip. During the depart trip, the bus broke down and stopped by the roadside twice which we were kinda worried as well. Overall, the experience was not very good.
