Bus never showed. This company is very unprofessional. If I could give no stars i would. They took my money and never showed up to the address in bowling green KY. I purchased my ticket at 1:44 and notified them and they said the bus is on the way. I called them again and they stated that the bus driver did not have to pick me up because I was not on the list from morning time. I called 5 times to verify if the bus was on the way in 20 min for 3 hours back to back. They said it was on the way and transferred me multiple times and the last customer service rep said that earlier they should have told me that the bus would not be coming. I was left in the middle of nowhere with no way to get to Nashville on a Monday night. When I asked to speak to a manager they said there was no manager and it’s not their problem. They said they would send the refund but they dont have to. I was left in a parking lot with no way to get home. They did not care and said there is no manager.

Let me start by stating that we in Pensacola just had a past week that brought 9 inches of snow here. I do not know if there has ever been such a large amount of snow in this part of the US. I know a big part of the South including Texas got similar conditions.
I would expect, and understand 100% that there to be travel delays, canceled trips, and all that impacts travel with such conditions.
I bought and paid for my ticket, and was instructed to be at the pickup destination one hour prior to bus arrival. I got a ride from a friend and arrived at 3:00 a.m. I had been told once there I'd be able to access the bus's GPS coordinates to see as it traveled toward Pensacola. That did not work, but I figured it may be because of the weather. Knowing the bus arrival time was around 4:00 a.m at 4:30 I decided to check with their customer service to see the bus was location. I was impressed that a human responded without having to be on hold.The woman spoke no English. Not one word. Strangely she was able to put me on hold to come back with this long comment I did not understand. When there is a language barrier you can comprehend a few words in Spanish to get the jest of what is being said. Not with this Lady. We decided to wait a bit more. At 5:00 a.m. I phoned and woke up a Spanish-speaking buddy, explained my situation, and made a three-way call back to customer service only to learn that the bus was somewhere in Mississippi and contacting dispatch to learn the exact location couldn't happen for another hour. My ride has been up all night, has work in 2 hrs. I've woken my other friend to play an interpreter, and I have no way to get where I need to be in a time-sensitive situation. A $21 million profit co. that started in the USA, and has 120 Buses primarily through the South, but they can't have the same courtesy that has been provided to Hispanics w/ a language barrier for 40 + yrs.? Get it together don't take success for granted. Speak English also.

Worst company ever, they sell tickets for bus for random time departures, client have to wait for the bus to come from other cities. Had to wait for 4 hours !!!
