STAY AWAY!! Horrible experience with this bus company. They confirmed my trip and cancelled it twice in a row a few hours before departure because they overbooked. When finally managed to get confirm ... STAY AWAY!! Horrible experience with this bus company. They confirmed my trip and cancelled it twice in a row a few hours before departure because they overbooked. When finally managed to get confirmed, the driver brought everyone on the van to their respective final destination in George Town (Malaysia) and 3 of us (not from Thailand/SEA) were left in the city centre, even though the service expressly stated we would be driven to our addresses. BAD COMPANY AWFUL SERVICE STAY AWAY!
