Transit liner bus is raining i am wet as i type here, its extremely cold with no heater.. As a first time traveler with it i would never again, very disappointed.

the bus was very late, no apology, the lady at the Pta office said she doesnt know anything about the whereabouts of the bus, the bus was shaking when it reached a certain speed. The worst bus ever, will never book it or recommend anyone to use the bus. Booked the bus on the 4th of November to Pretoria. The bus did not come, they dd not apologize,instead they blocked my number ... The worst bus ever, will never book it or recommend anyone to use the bus. Booked the bus on the 4th of November to Pretoria. The bus did not come, they dd not apologize,instead they blocked my number and switched off their fons. We wer more than 6 customers that were stranded.

I am reporting this complaint on behalf of my aunt Khontaphi who travelled on the bus from Mthatha to Johannesburg on the 22nd of November. She informed me that there was a leak in the bus and receive ... I am reporting this complaint on behalf of my aunt Khontaphi who travelled on the bus from Mthatha to Johannesburg on the 22nd of November. She informed me that there was a leak in the bus and received no assistance from staff when she informed them that she was being rained on. I am deeply aggrieved by this knowing how long the journey is.
