The worst bus ever, will never book it or recommend anyone to use the bus. Booked the bus on the 4th of November to Pretoria. Booked the bus on the 4th of November to Pretoria. The bus did not come, they dd not apologize,instead they blocked my number and switched off their fons. We wer more than 6 customers that were stranded.

I am reporting this complaint on behalf of my aunt Khontaphi who travelled on the bus from Mthatha to Johannesburg on the 22nd of November. She informed me that there was a leak in the bus and receive ... She informed me that there was a leak in the bus and received no assistance from staff when she informed them that she was being rained on. I am deeply aggrieved by this knowing how long the journey is.
