I was riding on the 09H30 am bus 20/09/2025 carrier L6 service # 1513 (JHB -PHW) and I'd like to say the mommy who was driving today was awesome. The bus was on time, it was clean, toilet smelling nic ... The bus was on time, it was clean, toilet smelling nice, the ride was soo smooth and I can't remember the last time I experienced such a great service from translux. Please hire more women bus drivers they could revive translux reputation

I am not happy with the service for translux. The bus was suppose to come at 09:30. But it came very late at 14:30 and no one was updating us at Park Station regarding the matter. Worse part the bus w ... I am not happy with the service for translux. The bus was suppose to come at 09:30. But it came very late at 14:30 and no one was updating us at Park Station regarding the matter. Worse part the bus was not in good condition as well. It was very risky to use it. The gears were not working properly it was going very slowly we have arrived at PHALABORWA around half 11.imagine I was with an infant. I wouldn't recommend Translux on my next travel.

Wil rate it actually a 0... Booked tickets for 10 am and bus arrived at 12:45. Poorest service yet from any bus services. Will be the last time we used translux

I've never had a problem before but the bus is full of cockroaches...it's unbearable to sleep with these things walking around the windows and seats..can translux please try to maintenance the buses a ... I was on the bus from Upington to Welkom, the bus was 2 hours late,so the driver limited the break times. He was very rude with an attitude. Most of the charging ports on the bus was not working. Most of the charging ports on the bus was not working. The bus was not clean. The driver must be reminded that we are paying customers.

I booked a bus from Nelspruit to Johannesburg on 29 September 2024. The bus was scheduled to depart at 11h00 and instead we waited for the whole 2 hours for the bus to arrive. We were not even info ... I booked a bus from Nelspruit to Johannesburg on 29 September 2024. The bus was scheduled to depart at 11h00 and instead we waited for the whole 2 hours for the bus to arrive. We were not even informed either by email or an sms that the bus will be late. We tried to call the 086 number and the head office to find out what the problem was. The 086 numer was offline and head office number there was no answer. On top of that when it arrived we weren't even told what was the reason for the late coming and there was no apologies, everything was normal. Worse it took about 20 to 30 minutes again for the bus to leave, we left at 13h30 which another half an hour on top of the 2 hrs. The seats of the bus were dirty and the aircons were not working at all and worse it was a very hot day.What worries me most wàs that it was an easiest thing for a person to collapse because of the heat that was in the bus and you can't even open a window to get fresh air. Hygiene is the last thing they need to worry about before they could even take koney from their passengers. I don't think I will ever again book a Translux bus nor refer someone who is planning to have trip. The service is extremely poor and they don't even care about their passengers wellbeing.

I booked a bus for 12:30 from Butterworth to Durban bus only arrived at 13:30 no communication /SMS nothing from their offices to say the bus is delayed. The bus is filthy with cockroaches 🪳 on top o ... The bus is filthy with cockroaches 🪳 on top of you chairs and on the windows i fact the bus is filthy with Amaphela inqwaba. Yhoo i am so disappointed and am never taking Translux/City to city bus again.🥹

Terrible service book ticket to board 22:45 today 23/04/2024 from Kimberley to PTA ,bus was late only arrived at 11:30 .when I got in the bus it is full of cockroaches.

Very poor service I booked the bus from 9:30 it came at 10 o’clock from there we got to Bosman waited an hour the driver told us the bus was binding waiting for the mechanic . Why didn’t you fix the b ...
