It was absolutely stunning trip. Your have been greeting with the stewardess - team member who is taking care about you all the trip. Two very polite and friendly drivers . Unfortunately I don't remember the name of the driver who was on duty in my trip, but he was very very professional driver. It was a smooth drive, on time. I was very surprised by the skills and punctuality this team . Also passengers were offered tea and strong tasty coffee. The bus itself was really clean. The toilet was working and also clean. I can estimate the service one word - great 👍. I recommend everybody this company.

There were no stops between 5:00 pm and 12:20 am. And they were not letting us use the onboard restroom. That’s unacceptable. I could hear some of the women arguing with our ‘stewardess’ . I also aske ...
There were no stops between 5:00 pm and 12:20 am. And they were not letting us use the onboard restroom. That’s unacceptable. I could hear some of the women arguing with our ‘stewardess’ . I also asked if I could use the restroom and she didn’t answer very nicely. The whole reason I paid extra for the Transtempo bus was for the bathroom. As I mentioned, they didn’t make a stop or let us off the bus for 7 plus hours. Even at the border we didn’t have opportunity to use the restroom. If people pay extra, you better have operating restrooms and you had better be polite to passengers who pay extra for this service.
