Really unhappy with this service. We went early to get to get the tickets done to Hermosillo and the female agent reserved the wrong time and date. Then when we got on the bus, we discovered we had ti ... Really unhappy with this service. We went early to get to get the tickets done to Hermosillo and the female agent reserved the wrong time and date. Then when we got on the bus, we discovered we had tickets with the wrong time. Even though people have complained about her, she continues to work there. And I lost 50 dollars since they refused to refund our tickets. Also She had seats on the bus that night but did not correct their error. Don’t trust their work when buying tickets. Verify everything. Also the bus arrived one hour late. And the bus driver was not very helpful. We will not be using this company again. Super disappointed with their customer service.

False advertisement. The buses are NOT direct: bus came one hour late, but is arriving three hours late to the bus stop from LA to San Jose. My teen daughter planned to arrive before nightfall. My teen daughter planned to arrive before nightfall. Es un engano--el autobus llego tarde, una hora, pero va retrasado 3. Se paro un varios lugares, de niguna manera iba a llegar a la hora que decia. Es falso, no se puede confiar.

I love it very convenient and friendly just my radio we was stolen and the company said it wasn't seen and I called while bus was leaving and no one was on it
