I traveled by your bus service last year, and I still can’t forget the experience at the rest stops. The washrooms were extremely unhygienic and unpleasant — it was honestly a terrible experience. I s ... I traveled by your bus service last year, and I still can’t forget the experience at the rest stops. The washrooms were extremely unhygienic and unpleasant — it was honestly a terrible experience. I strongly urge the management to consider changing the rest stops, especially keeping female passengers in mind. Clean and safe facilities are a basic necessity.
