A terrifying experience. They keep on changing the drop off points in Austin, TX. My mum was left in an unknown point, different from the other ones (this has happened twice with these people) at 4 am ... A terrifying experience. They keep on changing the drop off points in Austin, TX. My mum was left in an unknown point, different from the other ones (this has happened twice with these people) at 4 am. I had to pick her up and she is 72 so she has no idea where she was and there was no one reliable to ask. She also witnessed violence and was almost a victim of assault just because the bus driver refused to tell her the exact address where she was dropped off and I struggled to find her. They are horrible people and traveling with them puts you and your loved ones at risk of losing their lives just because of their negligence.
