I lost my suitcase with valuable items worth over €500. The carrier completely violated EU transport regulations. The drivers did not tag my luggage. They issued no receipts or documents. They failed ... I lost my suitcase with valuable items worth over €500. The carrier completely violated EU transport regulations. The drivers did not tag my luggage. They issued no receipts or documents. They failed to secure the luggage compartment. My bag simply disappeared. The drivers promised a compensation. The support team then dragged out the process and lied to me for over a year. Even Infobus refused to help. The carrier refused to refund even my ticket. They violate EU laws and face no consequences. Do not trust them with your bags or money. [edited by admin]
