I am greatly dissatisfied with the bus service,the driver of the bus which left Durban las night.My children were picked up in PMB, an hour and a half after the scheduled time 2200HRS.The children were supposed to be dropped off at Lakeside Mall, he passed, only to drop them 4 km after Lakeside along the freeway .That is so heartless, I am greatly disappointed!!!!My children had to walk back by foot for 4 km

The bus was late, no heaters, it was overloaded. The seats are broken. When we got to Queenstown, we were boarded into another bus called APM which also was not comfortable. Then when we get to e Ngc ... The bus was late, no heaters, it was overloaded. The seats are broken. Then when we get to e Ngcobo the traffic officers stoped the bus for almost 2 hours citing that the disc was not up to date. I don't advise anyone to use this villamora buses as it's also expensive for nothing

Vilamore bus is the worst bus ever the drivers are drunk on duty .Not to mention how they drive so close to big trucks overtaking them. The speed is dangerous . Worst service ever .....I came here at 21:00and then we got an SMS saying they will be late with 1 hour...but I'm still seating here it's 00:33

Bad service ever, always late, so dirty with unprofessional bus drivers. Even now we were supposed to have gone by 18:30 no bus, no communication, we are stuck in Queenstown station going to Joburg.
