Extremely Disappointed – Worst Travel Experience Ever (Nagpur to Pune, 18th May) I had one of the worst travel experiences with [Bus Company Name] on 18th May. The bus was scheduled to depart from Nagpur to Pune at 8:00 PM. Around 2:00 AM, the bus broke down due to an engine leak, leaving all passengers stranded on the highway for over 6 hours with zero communication or assistance from the company. At 8:00 AM, a replacement bus finally arrived — but unbelievably, it also broke down due to a compressor issue. By this time, a 13-hour journey had already turned into a 24+ hour nightmare, and I still hadn’t reached Pune when I posted this. I had important academic papers scheduled, and this delay has irreparably affected my studies and career plans. It’s shocking that a so-called "premium" service runs back-to-back faulty buses, yet charges high prices with no accountability. If this is the level of maintenance and service being provided, then the company should either stop advertising as premium or drastically improve its standards. I received no proper response, no apology, and no compensation — only stress, wasted time, and huge academic loss. Would never recommend this service to anyone. Extremely unprofessional and negligent.

Most uncomfortable journey Strangly no pillows on overnight journey. Excuse is some passengers stole them. It was a horrible experience with vrl ....we were delayed by 4 hours because of the condition of the bus The drivers have to be really appreciated because they were very supportive and made sure ever ... It was a horrible experience with vrl ....we were delayed by 4 hours because of the condition of the bus The drivers have to be really appreciated because they were very supportive and made sure everyone reached back safely But all the blame for vrl travels....they couldn't allocate an additional bus , they didn't keep the bus condition in check , they couldn't arrange anything that could make us reach on time We had to sit idol for 3 hours untill another bus had to come all the way from Bangalore Proper checks and precautions should be taken by VRL travels before assigning the busses especially in Bangalore to honnavar , and kumta routes Day by day their service is deteroiting

I had booked a seat in front row lower birth. But they gave me seat in last row upper birth. Took more money but gave a seat of lesser price (upper birth) Worst experience.

Bus was breaked down at middle of the road and driver was responded very bad being a big company travels and behaves like local 3rd class people everything is worst don't book the bus through vrl🙏

Travelled by Raibag Belgaum Banglore magna bus leaving belgaum at 9.45 pm.. driver stopped the bus at 10 places.. didn't know the route well.. very very rash and dangerous driving.. At 4.30,the bus wa ... At 4.30,the bus was still at Chitradurga.. supposed to reach Banglore Jalhalli cross by 6.30.. For refuelling of diesel, the bus was in line for one full hour.. worst experience.. please don't travel by VRL buses

Bus was not good. There was sounds. While booking it was mentioned bus is volvo but it was not at all volvo and it was feeling like normal AC bus. Bus travel was not comfortable.

I m regular travelers for VRL travels past 15 years. Yesterday I travelled from Hyderabad to Pune. We arrived late by 3 hours. If asked driver he is being little rude. Every passenger has right to as ... I m regular travelers for VRL travels past 15 years. Yesterday I travelled from Hyderabad to Pune. We arrived late by 3 hours. If asked driver he is being little rude. Every passenger has right to ask y it's late. But his reply was not good. Kindly look into it . N requesting u to change dinner stop please it's worst place, worst quality no taste, service is worst. They only come for billing. N also charge for washroom use. It's unacceptable

Had horrible experience travelling with niece though travelling thru Volvo. Bed bugs all around. Bed bug feeding on my niece neck who is just a year old.Cleanliness not maintained, pista shells left ... Had horrible experience travelling with niece though travelling thru Volvo.
