Very bad service. Always late and the bus is not comfortable at all. My ticket was R800 with my wife but after an hour somebody bought the same ticket for R1300. He charged us R100 for a 17kg bag. These people need to be reported coz they are very rude and their bus stops everywhere even on toilets that are not working....sies

I am furious with the service that Wezwe Coaches have offered so far. My employee was given a ticket from Cape Town to Harare, which was to leave at 3pm. When he arrived at the station, he was inform ... I am furious with the service that Wezwe Coaches have offered so far. My employee was given a ticket from Cape Town to Harare, which was to leave at 3pm. When he arrived at the station, he was informed that the bus was leaving at 6pm! He has just arrived in Johannesburg, to be told he will be going via Masvingo, and then to catch another bus to Harare. The officials in Johannesburg cannot advise him of the departure time this evening...maybe 6pm or 7pm or 8pm!!!!!!! This is unacceptable and it is obvious that all the previous reviews are correct in rating this bus service as the worst. Do NOT book through Pick and Pay, as this will be the service chosen and you CANNOT cancel the ticket. Be warned. I wish there was a way to give a negative star

She even lied to us that this bus has toilet 🚽 inside only to find out there’s no such. 0% percent on service

Am using the bus today it was suppose to take me in Cape town by 3pm and it arrived at 6pm to find out all along the bus was busy selling the tickets now am still in the bus going to Johannesburg it's ... I had booked a 1pm ticket and I arrived before time but the bus did not arrive until 5:30PM we left Cape Town station at 6PM. I will never book Wezwe Coaches, ever again, the service was poor, there w ... I will never book Wezwe Coaches, ever again, the service was poor, there was no order, and the marshals demanded that I pay for a small box. When the bus arrived at JHB, it did not get inside, it just dropped us off outside Park Station which was unsafe for a young lady.

What a waste of time and waste of money with this bus. They don't have customer service at all. They deserve a shutdown. Worse bus ever, I wil never ever book a no name bus. Their buses are no name. Trip to JHB was three days no communication from drivers
