I sat waiting outside Legends hotel for just short of an hour. I called, a woman eventually picked up and rather rudely said she would check to see where the bus was, and then almost immediately hanged up. I called back straight away but gave up after 20 minutes in the queue! I was obviously being ignored. I sent emails as I was panicking it wasn't coming and it was freezing outside! I then get a response HOURS later asking if I got on the bus. I responded saying are you joking? No response, no explanation, and no apology. TERRIBLE service and HORRENDOUS customer service.

Mo went above and beyond, made sure we knew where we were going from the airport -whistler and vice versa. Great conversations!!
