Saya sebagai penumpang & pengguna berhak untuk bertanya perjalanan bas akan menuju ke mana. Bila saya menaiki bas dan bertanya pada pemandu bas ini pergi Bidor ke ? Pemandu bas ini boleh jawab "Kalau nak ke Bidor kenapa naik bas ini naiklah bas lain" .Saya membeli tiket secara online dan memilih bas arwana untuk menuju ke Bidor.Persoalannya adakah saya salah memilih bas , Pemandu bas ini seolah² tidak mahu memberi saya menaiki bas dan seolah² tidak pergi ke laluan Bidor.
