Unsafe bus I have been on. Few minutes after we got on the high way the door on the bus got wide open and the driver could not close it. There was a mechanical problem. He pulled to the shoulder on ... Unsafe bus I have been on. Few minutes after we got on the high way the door on the bus got wide open and the driver could not close it. There was a mechanical problem. He pulled to the shoulder on the high way and tried again. No road assistant came. Finally the driver got a long garbage bag and tied the door with the handle. Every few minutes he kept pulling out to tighten it all the way till the end of the stop. And because we were so late the driver wouldn’t allow passengers to get out to get coffee, he just refused passengers to get out of the bus to get coffee for 7 hours bus ride. The worst driver and customer service I have ever seen. Never again. I given less than 1.
Horrible service! They cancelled my bus and did not inform me (as per their policy). I arrived at the train station an hour before my bus was scheduled to depart only to find it had been cancelled. I arrived at the train station an hour before my bus was scheduled to depart only to find it had been cancelled. They could not offer me any options and left me stranded 5 hours from home in an unfamiliar city. When I reached out about the situation and my ticket, they refused to refund or offer alternatives and then stopped taking calls and responding to their email/ticket service.
I ride Barons every two weeks from Cincinnati to Cleveland and back. I have had no issues, very rare are they late and the driver William is awesome!!!
I rode on Baron Bus via Greyhound on December 22, 2022 from Canton, OH to Detroit, MI. Thank God my trip got cancelled, due to the weather. The WORST Experience EVER!!! My bus was to depart at 12:55 on November 4th. It came 10 mins before. The Bus driver is so rude and he need to be fired!! he would not let me on the bus after I waited ho ... The WORST Experience EVER!!! My bus was to depart at 12:55 on November 4th. It came 10 mins before. The Bus driver is so rude and he need to be fired!! he would not let me on the bus after I waited hours for it to get here. I paid for ticket, and he tells me I need to get a printed ticket. I told him I spent my last dollar on getting my ticket. I have no more money he said I don’t care you still need a ticket while I’m showing him my ticket on my phone. He had the names of all the passengers. The bus was leaving soon i asked him to please wait while I find someone to give me the money to get my ticket he says to me you have 8 mins. Never in my life have I felt so humiliated! And discussed. I would never recommend Barons bus to anyone!

Rode from Cleveland OH to South Bend IN, very comfortable, very clean and driver was super nice. Will definitely take this bus again!
