I bought a ticket only for me to be told that the bus doesn't operate from park station anymore.

This was by far the worst experience of my life, it is a bus I would wish no one to use, these people have no regard for time or their passengers on hand. These people left about 15 passengers at a se ... This was by far the worst experience of my life, it is a bus I would wish no one to use, these people have no regard for time or their passengers on hand. These people left about 15 passengers at a service station about two hours from Capetown me included and to make matters worse my child was on board, we had stopped to use the rest room with so many people there was obviously queues to the restrooms. We were literally walking to the bus and the driver watched us and kept going, I was screaming my child my child and he kept going, the passengers tried to stop him ask he kept going, my sister had to call their head office and they contacted the driver and he had no choice but to come back, the people at the garage were very helpful also trying their best to support us in the trauma we were facing. To make matters worse their was no remorse to what took place, there was no empathy at all, especially to me who had a child on board, that whole group really needs to be fired, I'm going to take this matter further.

How is this buss service for real...how is Shoprite supporting such a unprofessional company I Paid R8000 for me and my family with kids!!!!!to be left at the weigh bridge at 2am in the morning up unt ... How is this buss service for real...how is Shoprite supporting such a unprofessional company I Paid R8000 for me and my family with kids!!!!!to be left at the weigh bridge at 2am in the morning up until now 7am the driver ran away we have nowhere to go no answer .......can someone help us please....and don't ever use this service ever again it's horrible the first driver was drunk went to sleep till now and left with his bags

I do not recommend this service at all. They should be closed down! Playing with my families lives and our safety. Do not book with them just because it's cheap...you will regret it! THE NIGHTMARE BUS FROM HELL!!! IN ORDER 1. BUS WAS SUPPOSED TO DEPARTURE AT 15:00 AND ARRIVE AT 08:00, WE ONLY DEPARTURED AT 21:30 AND ARRIVED AT 20:00 THE NEXT NIGHT 2. THE BUS BROKE DOWN ON THE S ... THE NIGHTMARE BUS FROM HELL!!! IN ORDER 1. BUS WAS SUPPOSED TO DEPARTURE AT 15:00 AND ARRIVE AT 08:00, WE ONLY DEPARTURED AT 21:30 AND ARRIVED AT 20:00 THE NEXT NIGHT 2. THE BUS BROKE DOWN ON THE SIDE ON THE R0AD FOR ALMOST AN HOUR 3. THEY MADE US CHANGE BUSES AFTER AND OUR LUGGAGE WAS LEFT ON THE ROAD WHERE ALL THE CARS DRIVE 4. THEY ALMOST LEFT TWO FAMILIES BEHIND AT ONE STOP WITH AN OK EXPRESS, BOTH FAMILIES HAD AN INFANT AND MY FAMILY IS ONE OF THEM THAT ALMOST GOT LEFT BEHIND! NO PASSENGER CHECK WAS DONE, JUST A COMMENT FROM THE DRIVER SAYING "NEXT TIME YOU GUYS MUST BE QUICKER." 5. THE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT WAS NOT LOCKED AND LUGGAGE FLEW OUT ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD, ONE PASSENGER SUITCASE WAS BROKEN IN THE PROCESS 6. THE DRIVER WAS TIRED TOO AND COMPLAINING HE HAD BEEN DRIVING FOR TWO WEEKS AND GOT NO SLEEP, HE FELL ASLEEP BEHIND THE WHEEL TOO. THIS WAS THE WORST BUS TO EVER DRIVER WITH, THEY DO NOT EXIST UNDER ANY COMPANY AND YOU CANT CONNECT TO ANY PHONELINE THAT HAS BEEN POSTED ON THEIR WEBSITE I AM GOING TO SUE THIS COMPANY FOR EVERYTHING WE HAVE BEEN PUT THROUGH. SO UNCOMFORTABLE AND DANGEROUS

FF Gertse will pay for my doctors visits. How can load passengers from cape town to Johannesburg on bus that is suitable for transporting people in a city. Better idea? Public transport bus from cape town to Johannesburg with no aircon. And to top it off none of the numbers are reachable🤬🤬🤬. And to top it off one passenger was almost dropped on the side of the road like a taxi service. He had ask to be taken to the Engine Stop

Hi I can't believe how they can reschedule the bus for a time that suits them. A bus was for 18:40 but the bus was scheduled for 15:30. Really? Really? I would never recommend this bus unfortunately, However I would like to say thank you to the 2 staff that did an amazing job to make sure I got into the next bus to Johannesburg. Which they got Delta bus. Thank you Ntombi and Simba! I can rate you guys 200% for your efforts. Great job, FF GERTSE they are not reliable. Sorry.

Worst bus i ever booked in southAfrica paid 1400 rand but no bus came were told to come the following day. Pepole must boycott thiis bus
