Globtour left us stranded in Munich at 4am in the morning because they did not show up, no heads up no contact no nothing. Globtour told me they sent me my refund but they never sent my money back over a month later, despite me emailing multiple times which was just ignored. They never gave a reason for the no show. Luckily, we booked through Omio and after contacting them directly Omio informed us that Globtour had promised us our refund and then simply “forgot” to send the money. Omio finally refunded us 6 weeks later. Trash disgusting company and service- don’t book unless you want your trip ruined and have to pay for expensive last minute transport.
