I booked Albany to New York on gobus site the ticket was issued and the departure time was 12:45 . I was there 12 at the schedule place waiting for the bus . I called customer care at 1 pm they sa ... I booked Albany to New York on gobus site the ticket was issued and the departure time was 12:45 . I was there 12 at the schedule place waiting for the bus . I called customer care at 1 pm they say call to Albany customer service, when I called the Albany customer care they say 1:30 I waited till 2 pm called again They say 5:30 pm … this unacceptable waiting 2 hours to hear this .. very very bad service.
