Bad service Bus delay almost two hours because of breakdown in JB. But they did not inform early bus will delay and i came to check in waiting for two hours

I had been taking Supernice Grassland Express many times from Singapore to Genting Highlands and return trip as well. My experienced with Supernice Grassland is that the drivers are very friendly and ... I had been taking Supernice Grassland Express many times from Singapore to Genting Highlands and return trip as well. My experienced with Supernice Grassland is that the drivers are very friendly and helpful especially just recently 28th March I return from Genting I lost my mobile phone at last Stop Yong Peng while I purchase the Heong Peah biscuits and I accidently left my phone in Yong Peng. When I reached Singapore around 7.38pm I reported to the driver Mr Saravanan of my missing phone left at Yong Peng. Saravanan was very helpful throughout the journey even assisting an 80yrs old lady to clear customs and he also help me to recover my phone left at Yong Peng. At around 8.57pm my wife received a call from Supernice office that they found my HP and ready for her to collect at Grantral Mall office. I very much appreciate to Mr Saravanan efforts to contact the next driver at Yong Peng to bring back my phone and he personally give it to my wife at Grantral Mall Supernice office. A token of appreciation was given to Mr Saravanan for his help, Supernice Grassland is the way to go no hesitation just go for it to travel to Malaysia.

Don't take this bus. Stop everywhere. Take 8.30am from Terminal Amanjaya. 10.04am I'm still in Ipoh. Why the heck stop so much???

Is an easy decision just communicate with the passenger if there any change of bus route so passenger can make decision to alight early than bring them to go circle and waste people time ! We have to contact our family member to wait for us. If there is a change please notify. So we can ask our family to wait rather to waste their time waiting for nothing . Also, stop for resting is longer than other brand bus. Better to opt for other bus service than this with higher bus price and slow and worst service !

Note that your bus driver always prefers to power off the seats.
