King Williams town to Durban 8pm scheduled pick up time. We were told the bus is gonna be delayed but not told by how long. While we've been waiting they closed up the offices. While we've been waiting they closed up the offices. The other bus services are loading and leaving while we stand waiting with no feedback it's now 20:50 and there is not even one person to assist us.

Poor service the bus was supposed to depart at 9:15 now it's 11:30 That say we have to wait for the bus from Depo Last time I was 2 min late running after a bus they didn't wait for me But we have to ... Very poor. Smell. Toilet don't work. Never on time , arrival and destination. They just make you wait 5 hours , little or no communication or assistance. Don't ever try these buses. Seriously. The bus smells (URINE) image being on such mess the intire night. Not me being here again know wonder {INTERCAPE} is the best.

It is my first time with Intercity and I'm definitely not going to come back for it. Bus was suppose to leave Durban at at 7:30 and we left at 8 since bus was late. We had a breakdown before PMB, bus ... It is my first time with Intercity and I'm definitely not going to come back for it. Bus was suppose to leave Durban at at 7:30 and we left at 8 since bus was late. We had a breakdown before PMB, bus was changed to Eagle liner which is also having a problem just after PMB. It's the worst, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Worst service ever. Was supposed to arrive in Durban at 19h30 but only arrived at 20h45. Driver were dropping people on the road side and changed route to suit other people and not thinking about othe ... Worst service ever. So unprofessional and I'll never take a bus from this company ever again, even if the tickets were R100. Horrible experience

Inhumane!! A young man got out to pee at Mount Frere while others were boarding the bus to Jhb at that time ,and the driver just drove off despite loud cries from fellow passengers. Disgusting! Disgusting! Now the poor young man has gone ahead of the bus to Kokstad at his own expense just to get back on board. No consideration from the driver whatsoever of the consequences of his arrogance.

Intercity bus is the worst. Imagine catching a 8am bus and it is filthy 😡 it’s smelling stuffy. I am so appalled by this experience 😩to think I have another 13 hours on this bus “yuck”

I bought a 19:00 eagleliner bus ticket and it was changed to Intercity express,(10 March 2024) the bus was supposed to leave Joburg at 19:00 arrive in port Elizabeth at 10:00 11March 2024) yes we left ... I bought a 19:00 eagleliner bus ticket and it was changed to Intercity express,(10 March 2024) the bus was supposed to leave Joburg at 19:00 arrive in port Elizabeth at 10:00 11March 2024) yes we left Joburg at exact time it started raining we stopped at the filling station and we were told that the wipers doesn't work 😌,we drove slowly to Enerdale toll gate, we stopped again we were told that they don't have card or money for toll gates.Toll gate problem was solved.note we left Enerdale toll gate at around 22:45.now at around 1:30am 11 March 2024 we stuck again in kroonstard.and whoever they calling is so impolite, he said he called a mechanic who will come from Bloemfontein to here kroonstard.Note we supposed to be in Port Elizabeth at 10:00am (11March 2024) What a bad experience
