I hate leaving bad reviews but I think it might help 1st timers like us. I was looking forward to the experience but it was awful. Bus packed, no one wanted to move their bags even with overhead compa ... I hate leaving bad reviews but I think it might help 1st timers like us. I was looking forward to the experience but it was awful. Bus packed, no one wanted to move their bags even with overhead compartment. Passengers were happy to let my shy 10 year old stand rather than move their bag untill I had to interject, even then the looks from ppl faces could kill. Absolutely appallingly human beings on this bus. Seats very cramped, not a great experience and won't be doing it again sadly. I wouldn't recommend unless you had to and even then make sure your on the 1st stop to get a seat. Thanks

the person i was talking to on the phone was quite rude and i eventually had to hang up, the 2 or 3 times i have used the bus it has been almost empty why? because the costs are more than it would be ... the person i was talking to on the phone was quite rude and i eventually had to hang up, the 2 or 3 times i have used the bus it has been almost empty why? because the costs are more than it would be to drive a car up yourself. whats the benefit of it if the staff are rude and it costs over what it would to drive up?

I used Redline for the first time in 30 years.Staff were very helpful. The bus to Devonport did not have enough leg room for a 6ft Australian , obviously the seats were placed so close together to ac ... The bus to Devonport did not have enough leg room for a 6ft Australian , obviously the seats were placed so close together to accommodate more customers.The leg room was a lot worse that Jetstar. 40 seat bus 12 customers and no leg room?????
