La peor experiencia de mi vida nunca habia pagado tanto para ser mal tratado todo el viaje desde Juarez a Chihuahua veniamos a -0 el bus congelado y solo el chofer y chalan con calefacción en la cabin ... El bus deteriorado en fin Nunca mas volvere a usar esta compañia.

The worst experience ever. I bought online ticket but when I arrived at the bus, another person was on my seat. This means that someone sell twice the same seat. This means that someone sell twice the same seat. I had to be stand up for two hours while someone left the bus in the next stop. Nobody cares about the situation and the bus driver was very rude. He starts driving even if I was stand up. This is out of every safety rule!! When I arrived to my destiny, I raise this situation to the administration office and the only thing that they done is to give me a paper review. They didn't t even give me an apology. They just want your money: they didn't care about you.

No nos aportó la información de mi autobús solo porque no es su responsabilidad ya que yo no compré el boleto con ella y porque lo hice por internet. El autobús llegó retrasado y se fue enseguida, ellos dieron solo un llamado de que el autobús estaba por irse, no me quisieron dar información del andén donde saldría mi autobús, así que perdí mi transporte. La mujer en cuestión no quiso dar su nombre.

Compre mi boleto en línea para no tener que hacer filas ni esperas , llegue ala central de autobuses y tuve que esperar 3 horas
