Anyway, I believe that travelers should have full information before selecting the company. I purchased (not booked) round-trip tickets Chisinau-Brasov-Chisinau. Sure, the website lists a coach where you select your seats (with wifi and comfortable seats). On the spot, a Mercedes Vito and no sign of comfort. But now we are just getting to the scam part! For the return trip, we were left with 4 tickets purchased in hand (the whole family, including 2 minor children)! A lady called to inform us that they had changed their mind about operating the regular route (probably they are so famous that they don't even have customers anymore) and that the option is to shorten our vacation and go when it suits them a day earlier (of course, there was no question of compensating for the hotel price)! And because we didn't accept their options, the operator became very rude, accused us of not going according to their conditions and hung up! So in the end we found another company to bring us home even though we had tickets purchased from these liars in advance. So this company knows the secret of how to ruin your vacation, the arrogance of the lady at the call center reaches the superlative!
