No air cord,unwanted stops no proper seat arrangement it’s about 7 hour jb to kl timing super worst, I won’t recommend this BAs at all, and I didn’t get the ticket and keep exchange BAs

Firstly, the bus was delayed by approximately 30 minutes without any clear explanation, which caused unnecessary stress as I was heading to the airport. When the bus finally arrived, the luggage compartment was already overfilled with luggage. As it was a double-decker bus, the luggage compartment was positioned very high, making it extremely difficult for me to load my suitcase on my own. Despite my clear struggle, the driver did not offer any assistance at all and merely stood by watching. What was even more unacceptable was that the luggage compartment door could not be closed, and instead of helping, the driver scolded me and asked me how to close the door, in a rude and unprofessional manner. I had already managed to load my luggage myself, yet I was blamed and questioned for bringing a large suitcase. I would like to ask — when travelling to an airport, is it unreasonable for passengers to carry large luggage? Should I be expected to travel with only a backpack? This comment was highly inappropriate and showed a complete lack of professionalism and basic customer service. Throughout this entire incident, the driver refused to help, did not close the luggage compartment, and chose instead to reprimand a passenger who was already struggling. This level of service is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I hope the management will take this complaint seriously and provide proper training to ensure that drivers treat passengers with basic respect, courtesy, and assistance, especially when handling luggage for airport-bound services.

Billion star changed to Alibaba bus. Ticket at 2.30pm but bus arrived at 3pm. The second bus driver ask me when I was eating 'amboi makan nasi dalam bus, jaga jaga jangan bagi tumpah' I was like EXCU ... Billion star changed to Alibaba bus. The second bus driver ask me when I was eating 'amboi makan nasi dalam bus, jaga jaga jangan bagi tumpah' I was like EXCUSE ME. is that anyone could not eat in the bus or what's the hell is happening. IM NOT A KID LA MAN. But later on he also eating rice inside the bus. Moreover I saw many COCKROACH downstairs back seat of the bus. Let the bus keep clean then can voice out to the passenger. Worst bus ever not even eligible for one star.

They are so unprofessional, threatening customers and it feels like a scam. We bought ticket online for the 18th and for some reason our tickets were for a different date, but we didn’t see it. At the bus station, we did the counter check in, then the security passing and then out ticket were controled twice by the bus driver. The bus was 1h late. And then 4 hours, in the middle of nowhere on the road, they tell us we are on the wrong bus and we should get down now or pay 4 times the price we have already paid. When we refuse they sent WhatsApp threatening us and at the arrival they blocked us in the bus. They threatened to take us to the police but when we said let’s go to the police they didn’t want to. It was horrible.

Saya sampai lambat ke program saya harini disebabkan driver bawak terlalu slow dan berhenti di setiap hentian yg ada. Driver juga sangat kurang ajar bila bercakap.

Hi, sy beli tiket pergi dan balik dari Dungun-TBS pd 23/2/25 0015hr dan TBS ke Dungun 23/2/25 2330hr. Untuk trip ke TBS pengecas wayar USB tidak berfungsi dan tandas tidak boleh digunakan. Untuk tri ... Hi, sy beli tiket pergi dan balik dari Dungun-TBS pd 23/2/25 0015hr dan TBS ke Dungun 23/2/25 2330hr. Untuk trip ke TBS pengecas wayar USB tidak berfungsi dan tandas tidak boleh digunakan. Untuk trip balik ke Dungun amat mengerikan. Seat tidak berfungsi. Perehat kaki tidak dapat dinafikan, seat tak boleh dijatuhkan, USB charger tidak berfungsi, tandas tidak dapat digunakan. Dengan harga tiket bernilai RM50 jika dibandingkan dengan harga tiket bas lain dalam lingkungan RM35-40 amat saya kecewa... Pengalaman seperti menaiki bas rapid dalam dari TBS ke Dungun. Teramat tidak layak untuk dijadikan bas dalam kategori premium.
