Tix 11:30 dekat marang. Tapi dpt call, 11:30 dekat unisza. Kalau boleh refund semestinya saya akan cancelkan trip ni. Betul betul buang masa !!

We bought ticket online for the 18th and for some reason our tickets were for a different date, but w ... Don’t book with them. They are so unprofessional, threatening customers and it feels like a scam. We bought ticket online for the 18th and for some reason our tickets were for a different date, but we didn’t see it. At the bus station, we did the counter check in, then the security passing and then out ticket were controled twice by the bus driver. The bus was 1h late. And then 4 hours, in the middle of nowhere on the road, they tell us we are on the wrong bus and we should get down now or pay 4 times the price we have already paid. When we refuse they sent WhatsApp threatening us and at the arrival they blocked us in the bus. They threatened to take us to the police but when we said let’s go to the police they didn’t want to. It was horrible.

Saya sampai lambat ke program saya harini disebabkan driver bawak terlalu slow dan berhenti di setiap hentian yg ada. Driver juga sangat kurang ajar bila bercakap.

Hi, sy beli tiket pergi dan balik dari Dungun-TBS pd 23/2/25 0015hr dan TBS ke Dungun 23/2/25 2330hr. Untuk trip ke TBS pengecas wayar USB tidak berfungsi dan tandas tidak boleh digunakan. Untuk tri ... Hi, sy beli tiket pergi dan balik dari Dungun-TBS pd 23/2/25 0015hr dan TBS ke Dungun 23/2/25 2330hr. Untuk trip ke TBS pengecas wayar USB tidak berfungsi dan tandas tidak boleh digunakan. Untuk trip balik ke Dungun amat mengerikan. Seat tidak berfungsi. Perehat kaki tidak dapat dinafikan, seat tak boleh dijatuhkan, USB charger tidak berfungsi, tandas tidak dapat digunakan. Dengan harga tiket bernilai RM50 jika dibandingkan dengan harga tiket bas lain dalam lingkungan RM35-40 amat saya kecewa... Pengalaman seperti menaiki bas rapid dalam dari TBS ke Dungun. Teramat tidak layak untuk dijadikan bas dalam kategori premium.

Worst experience ever. Bus was 2hrs late. Driver was so rude. Demanded 20 myr extra from customers for baggage even doh tickets paid for. Verbally abused a Malay lady with her child. Verbally abused a Malay lady with her child. Shouted a my wife and myself. Said he will stop at ATM as we had no cash lol. I've genuinely never experienced anything like it from all my travels. !! To shout and humiliate a lovely Malay lady with her child. Shame on you. I'm a tourist try scam me but dont scam your own. SHAMEFULL Avoid Billion Star and please please avoid Alibaba 🙏✌️❤️

Bad service. Driver was very rude. The bus was empty but driver did not allow change of seat. The USB port charges was not usuable. worst bus service. Please filter drivers.

Tiket bas pukul 10pagi dari TBS,bas sampai pukul 11. Punctuality obviously out if lewat sampai sejam on normal day. Ticket from TBS to Dungun, ticket mahal from other bus, tapi service mmg tak ok. Decide beli Alibaba express sebab tahu route guna highway, this time sama je dengan bus lain, exit Jabor & ikut jalan biasa & bukan direct LPT2 mcm yg pernah naik sebelum ni. So xberbaloi byr mahal. Sampai Dungun 6.20ptg, almost 7jam perjalanan 😪
